Born in 1925 in bolivia
schools in Zurich. studies in bern rom and national economics and art history.
1953 co-founder of the art magazine "spiral".
1954 Secretary of max bill at the Ulm School of Design.
1959 art director of a Swiss industrial company.
1967 Officer of the company culture rosenthal ltd (china).
1972 Member of the Berlin Academy of the Arts.
1978 Professor of aesthetics at the Art Academy in Düsseldorf
1988 of the international forums of design ulm intendant
1991 Honorary Professor Hochschule Zwickau
2000 Establishment of the institute art for constructive and concrete poetry
numerous visiting professorships in usa, exhibitions and lectures in South, Korea and the congo.

2008/09 two volumes of poetry with sonnets.
